trainingProfessional On-Site Training by CEO Image Systems

The best means for an organization to fully realize the benefits of any new software is to make certain the users become fully trained on it.

There are 3 options CEO Image Systems offers for client training:

  1. Training on CEO Image software may be conducted in person at the customer's site
  2. Training may be conducted via phone and on-line "webinar"
  3. Training may be provided at CEO Image Systems' office.

Class size is limited for each training approach to allow the user to absorb all the material. Training is hands on and done with the users' own documents. All training is setup in the CEO software in a demo department specially created for this purpose.

The training begins with the administrative set up of each user with their electronic departments and the appropriate functions and permissions to each department.

With the everyday user, the training is a building process where each function of the software builds on the function previously learned. Training for the users begins with the creation of indices to be used, progressing through the scanning and filing processes and continuing to the searching and viewing methods. Indices (plural of index) are tags created in the software and attached to the documents so the filed documents may be quickly and easily found.

Additional areas and functionality beyond the basics are also covered. Where time permits, the user rounds out the entire experience by going "live" in the lab environment. Going "live" is defined as scanning, filing and viewing documents in the real electronic department that the student will be using when they return to their normal work environment. phone support

CEO training on Teleform and Liquid Office and all its functionality is also available by a trained Teleform systems engineer.

On-Line and Phone Technical Support

Each system comes with on-line phone technical support. Long term technical support is renewable on a year to year basis, and includes maintenance and software upgrades. After business hours and weekend technical support services are available on an optional basis.
