For the best in compatibility, performance, and support, make sure you are using the latest scanner drivers available on the Internet rather than using the drivers packaged with your scanner.

For SCSI devices:
Visit adaptec.com for the ASPI drivers that enable your SCSI scanner to interface with various versions of Windows. On the first page, click DOWNLOADS. In the By Operating System section, select your Operating System. Next, scroll down to the SCSI Software section and select the ASPI driver for Windows version 4.71. Download and install the drivers from this page.

For your Fujitsu scanner`s ISIS driver:
Visit fcpa.com and select your Scanner Model. Download and install the appropriate driver, in addition to following the steps for SCSI devices discussed above.

For all other scanner manufacturers:
We strongly suggest you download your scanner`s latest drivers from the manufacturer`s website.

With this current release of version 5.0.5 of Executive Assistant the interface to Junxure version 7.0 is still under development for the automated features. The automated interface works as described in our Executive Assistant help file under the topic heading “Junxure Interface” for version 6X of prior Junxure versions.
