Basic Warranty offers 12 months
of on-site service including parts, labor and travel during
the scanner's first year. Choose Next Business Day or
4-Hour response times.
Basic Plus Warranty is available
in the post-warranty period (scanner's second year and
beyond). Choose Next Business Day or 4-Hour response times.
Scan Care Warranty offers 12
months of on-site service including scheduled Preventative
Maintenance, scanner consumable kit(s), training, parts,
labor and travel during the scanner's first year. Choose
Next Business Day or 4-Hour response times.
Scan Care Plus Warranty is
available in the post-warranty period (scanner's second year
and beyond). Choose Next Business Day or 4-Hour response
times.
Advanced Exchange and Advanced
Exchange Plus (post warranty) provides next-business day
advance replacement service. If Fujitsu's Technical Support
is not able to resolve the problem over the phone, a
replacement unit is shipped overnight. The replacement
scanner is provided before the return of the malfunctioning
scanner to Fujitsu.
Single Event Preventative
Maintenance provides on-site cleaning, inspection and
adjustment, as well as required consumables and operator
instruction on routine maintenance.
ScanAid consumables kits are
available, complete with instructions and cleaning
supplies.
