Getting
Documents into EA.
Using the
Executive Assistant 308 (EA)
®
interface utility, you
can
import Documents and emails from Junxure. EA provides a means to
show all documents associated with the current Junxure Client ID
that have been imported to EA, as well as those scanned and stored
to the shared client folder. There is an Executive Assistant
Toolbar that not only allows you to search by the current Junxure
Client ID but also by a specified document index.
Navigating.
The
"Find" title bar allows you to move the toolbar around your
desktop. Clicking on the Folder in the toolbar allows you to
search for all documents with the Client ID index that is being
viewed in Junxure.

Opening Junxure-i
and Searching. You can start the Junxure-i toolbar from EA
View Documents if you wish to open a Client ID.
