OCR - Full Text Indexing Searching within documents

Sometimes you may want to do more than search for a document, you may want to search for a term or phrase within a document. The OCR and Full-Text Indexing functions makes searching for terms or phrases quick and easy.

A user may search for a term (similar to a 'Google' search) or search individual document for all occurrences of a term within that document. Utilizing the term or a portion of the term to search, should return all the documents that house that term. This is a business time saver if you are searching for a particular term and it could be in one of many documents.

Type in any search term or phrase and click Search. All documents with that phrase will be listed.

Clicking on a document in the list will open it in a text version with all search term occurrences highlighted for quick reference.

If a search is to be made with the lack of an exact term, options are available to expand the search type to accomplish the search more effectively.
