Image Executive CEO & Junxure Interface
Features of the Junxure Interface
Importing Documents:
Import all documents stored under "Company Files". This would include image types such as .tiff, pdf, .doc, .xls, etc.
Import documents created through an Action and stored within Junxure as either Word, Excel, or PowerPoint format.
Browse for a file in the Windows File System using the "Add File" feature to automatically file the document in both Junxure and Image Executive CEO.
Open Existing Documents: Select a client called Fred Walters. All documents currently in Junxure and Image Executive CEO are listed in the table.
View Existing Documents:
Documents listed within Junxure may be viewed from within Image Executive CEO
Search for documents:
Conduct searches for documents stored in Image Executive CEO from within Junxure.
Creating new documents via Actions:
Documents created within Junxure via Actions will be stored in both Junxure and Image Executive CEO automatically.
