What if you need a document, but you're not in the office at your computer? Well, CEO has a solution for that. The CEO Web Browser provides access to filed documents wherever you may be. A unique URL is created that identifies a website linking the user with the documents. Security requires permission to utilize the web browser, permission to view the requested documents and an encrypted password to access the system. 1. Access the website 2. | Once accessed, the Web Browser has the same search features as Executive Image. The user may select the search criteria for how to search for the document such as by Folder, Document Description, Date or any of the assigned indices. Any one piece of information (index) or combination of indices will return the appropriate document(s). With CEO's secure document control, any search will only return results of those documents which the user has permission to view. | 3. Select the department 4. Select the Search Style

Select the Search Criteria. The search can be narrowed further by adding more specific information into the criteria.

A Search Statement visually displays what the user has requested for returned documents. All documents matching the search statement will return for viewing.

The document may be downloaded for printing if desired. It is also possible to share the document with a link displayed in Data View, provided the second user has permission to view the specific document. For security, documents cannot be edited from the Web Browser. |

Clicking on the desired document will open the document in a window for viewing. The user may toggle between tabs for viewing the data attached to the document as well.
