Distributing a Document

Executive EDMS
provides many options for distributing the documents that have been
retrieved for Viewing. These
include Printing Documents, attaching documents for
E-Mail , and Routing Documents.
Print Documents

Copy Document for Email
To make copies for Email:
from the document View screen:
1.
Click the Email Options button.
2.
Browse to or enter the directory to which you will copy the
Document that you intend to send as an email attachment.
3.
Use your regular email software to attach and mail the Document.
Create
Routing List
The EDMS system
allows you to Route documents to other System
Users.
View
Incoming Routing Lists
Documents
in the Routing List Inbox are displayed by
Reply Date: those with no Reply Dates are shown first, followed by those
with the earliest Reply Dates, followed by those with the latest Reply
Dates.
View
Outgoing Routing Lists
Documents
in the Routing List Outbox are displayed by
Routing List Item Date: those with the earliest dates are shown first,
those with the latest dates are shown last. Select a Document in the list
to view each recipients Reply and Reply Date.
Revise
Routing List allows the sender to add or remove recipients from a Routing
List that has already been sent. Once a recipient is removed from a
Routing List, the Document no longer appears in that recipients Inbox.
Delete Routing List
Removes the Document from each recipients Inbox.
