Image Executive Automated Faxing

Automating the distribution of images and data from the host site to remote or customer sites is a major opportunity for every organization. CEO Image Systems has developed a windows based Fax application that automates this process, linking mainframe or mid-frame transaction batch processing to the distribution of document images from our imaging system.

Fax Enable Your Application

We can create a link between an existing application (such as invoicing, manifests, or MSDSs) so that documents stored in the imaging system linked to the application can be Faxed out, at a pre-set time. The application stores a database of fax numbers so that the faxes can be sent to multiple recipients from the Fax Queue.

Hardware Compatibility

The application auto configures with most standard Class 1 and Class 2 Fax devices.

Multiple File Formats

Supports TIFF, DCX, PCX, Windows BMP, and ASCII TXT file formats.

Transmission Logging Options

The Image Executive Automated Faxing includes a built-in log viewer. All information on every Fax is available for review including subject, name, name of recipient, duration, and date/time of transmission.
