Œ Highlight - Draws a yellow highlight as the mouse drags 
across the document window.

 Redaction - Draws a black redaction mark as the mouse 
drags across the document window. Use this feature to hide 
sensitive data when making hardcopies for distribution.

Ž Text Box - Places a text box where you click on the document window. Right-click on the text box, select Text, and enter your text in the dialog window. 

 Attach Bitmap - Attaches a bitmap file and an attachment icon where you click on the document window. Right-click on the attachment icon, select File Name, and enter the path of the bitmap you intend to attach.

 Attach Memo - Attaches a memo and an attachment icon where you click on the document window. Right-click on the attachment icon , select Text, and enter your text in the dialog window. Follow the same procedure to view the memo later.

Curved Line - Draws a curved line as the mouse drags across the document window.

Straight Line - Draws a straight line as the mouse drags across the document window.

Arrow - Draws an arrow as the mouse drags across the document window.
