Assuming you've never opened the Executive Assistant before, this tutorial guides you through the basics of your first use of the system; although, how you got here to read the tutorial without having opened the Executive Assistant would be mystery. In any case, let us begin.
Double-click on the Executive Assistant icon to open the program.
The icon is shown below.
The Executive Assistant displays the Main Menu, shown below. Use this menu to navigate the Functions available to you by clicking on the image beneath the module name.
If one of the modules is not part of your installation, it will be covered by a red X as shown below.
You are now ready to proceed to the next tutorial.
