Introduction

The Executive Assistant provides a powerful and flexible scanning tool, allowing users to create TIFF, JPEG, and PDF scanned images. The system accomodates large batches or individual images for easy processing.

In combination with the File Documents and View Documents features, the Executive Assistant brings an efficient, integrated Scan, File, and Retrieve solution to your desktop. The Scan to User Directory option provides a convenient alternative for Documents you don't intend to file.
